Day 1

Hey guys! First day of my weight loss :) so lets see

Weight: 265 lbs.
Calories Intake:1400cals
Exercise: 142 cals

I ate a footlong turkey and ham sub on wheat bread with lettuce, pickles, green peppers, american cheese and oil&vinegar. with a 24oz light lemonade
also Chicken Parm Penne a bowl of it and whole wheat bread with peanut butter and cinnamonsugar :)

I did crunches 50 of them. :) day one is a success!
